Refreshercise is a movement programme, designed to engage your mind and your body - leaving you refreshed, refocused and re-energised.

Refreshercise can add movement to your well-being days and staff development events – it’s a great way to support your team when they are working in the office or from home.

Refreshercise helps to relieve mental and physical stress and fatigue that you may experience when working at your computer.

I’ve been joining Steph’s classes both online and in-person for over 6 years and it’s the only workout that I’ve stuck with consistently! Pilates with Steph has continued to keep my body and mental health in good shape. After having children, I found Steph’s classes really helped me get back into shape, feel strong and healthy and also improve my mental health. Even on days when I have a low mood or I don’t feel like working out, I push myself to do it because I know that I always feel great after each class. I have been going to Steph's classes for a couple of years now and was completely new to Pilates when I first joined. Steph has an approachable and friendly teaching style. She explains each pose clearly and gives advanced options for those who need it, whilst also ensuring beginners have the basics so the class always feels inclusive. During the pandemic Steph set up virtual classes which have been just as easy to follow and take part in, as well as tailored sessions on chair pilates which have been much welcomed when working from home without regular office furniture. Steph at Refreshercise is a real inspiration. Her month long challenge is fantastic, focusing on all aspects of well-being, including diet, exercise and just getting out in the open to improve mood. The programme includes 2 online pilates sessions per week, daily health tips and diet "tweaks", and overall inspiration to change bad habits into positive ones.There are even 10 minute "indoor walking" sessions aimed at those who don't fancy getting out in the rain! Steph is very responsive and an absolute "mine" of information, and she is clearly passionate about helping people change for the better. The challenge was just what was needed to "blow the cobwebs off" in January !

I have attended Steph's Pilates classes for many years and the quality of teaching is exceptional. I first started Pilates over 20 years ago and have had many teachers, Steph is the best mat pilates teacher I have had. Her classes are always different and the movements are a challenge but also rehabilitative. They are wonderful for desk workers. The refreshercise mini break sessions on the website are also brilliant for making sure you move throughout the day. I would highly recommend attending the pilates classes and joining refreshercise.

My experience with Steph and Refreshercise has been very positive. She is highly knowledgeable on the subject of nutritional health and improving physical and mental well-being through informed food choices and appropriate exercise, while offering practical and realistic advice. I find the online Pilates sessions are pitched well to suit all abilities and appreciate being able to catch up with the recordings of any missed sessions. I've also especially enjoyed the 5-minute daily moves as part of the Move More/Eat Smart Challenge.
