I’ve been joining Steph’s classes both online and in-person for over 6 years and it’s the only workout that I’ve stuck with consistently! Pilates with Steph has continued to keep my body and mental health in good shape. After having children, I found Steph’s classes really helped me get back into shape, feel strong and healthy and also improve my mental health. Even on days when I have a low mood or I don’t feel like working out, I push myself to do it because I know that I always feel great after each class. Steph’s approach to giving things a try, even if sometimes it feels difficult, is great and such a confidence boost. Refreshercise is amazing value and the classes are fantastic!
