I’ve been joining Steph’s classes both online and in-person for over 6 years and it’s the only workout that I’ve stuck with consistently! Pilates with Steph has continued to keep my body and mental health in good shape. I have been going to Steph's classes for a couple of years now and was completely new to Pilates when I first joined. Steph has an approachable and friendly teaching style. She explains each pose clearly and gives advanced options for those who need it, whilst also ensuring beginners have the basics so the class always feels inclusive. During the pandemic Steph set up virtual classes which have been just as easy to follow and take part in, as well as tailored sessions on chair pilates which have been much welcomed when working from home without regular office furniture.
